ABOUT MIGRANT RIGHTS

There are over 232 million international migrants in the world today, and an estimated 20 percent of migrants are in an irregular situation. Globally, migrants continue to endure a number of serious violations of their fundamental rights.

To mark International Migrants Rights day, we will be holding a webinar featuring leading experts in conversation to promote the rights of migrants – including the UN Special Rapporteur on Migrants, Mr. François Crépeau.
